IGT Lazio Sangiovese Organic Rosé Wine.
The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to destemming.
This is followed by maceration on the whole skin for 12 hours.
The must is extracted by soft pressing and is cold decanted.
Fermentation for 20 days at a temperature of 16 degrees.
